What is my xbox's username and password?

I want to use HHHT, but I need a username and password to login to my xbox. How do I find out what it is? Its not "xbox" for the username and password.

if your talking about the u/p for ftp (you need to be running a dashboard that has a built-in ftp server) its usually xbox/xbox.

if u havent changed it it will be xbox and xbox.

ur gunna need a modchip and a decent dashboard
