Xavier, how do you apply the .ppf to the entire map? What program does that, HHHT? It didn't recognize it for me for some reason...and what does applying the .ppf do? I just installed the skins using the .dds files with HMT...that right?

iff the ppf doesnt show up in the ppf applier, rename the file to add .ppf to the end. Then it should work. (sorry, i forgot to do this before posting)
OH...so this is to make computers that don't have specular look like they have it? cool. I'm going to download it because my video card sucks and it doesnt' support any lighting or shadows and everything looks like crap and I have nothing to lose from getting skins even if they're crap... but it looks good.

It looks like you put alot of work and time into this. I dont like it myself but i just dont like cell shading. But very nice job anyways. Im sure many people will like this skin.
