Adding Vehicles to Maps?

how do you add vehicles to maps? such as adding a ghost to BloogGultch etc.

it isnt possible... yet. but blood gulch already has ghosts...

Coolspot, I'm pretty sure it's possible; I have a patch which adds Shades to Blood Gulch(unless they changed the scenery or some crap, I don't know, I didn't try it yet).

I think he means like wraiths and covve dropships.

Dude, what? First of all, you can't even ride Wraiths(unless you make yourself play as an Elite, which I tried but didn't seem to work, but I will try again later) and it's the same with Covie Dropships(except you can't ride them PERIOD). Plus, even if that is what he meant, you would still bring in everything else the same way, I'm sure.

you cant add vehicles to any multiplayer maps right now, you can ride in a covie drop shit, just change pelican to covie dropship in SC and in the opening movie clip you will be in it, and if you want to just add regular vehicles to a multi map (like warthog in Hang em) just change some projectile to it (like grenade to warthog(and you will throw warthogs)).

This thread is really confusing. You can add vehicles easily to any multiplayer map by replacing scenery with the vehicle. However, you may encounter a problem that I did if you play over a LAN. Search for the thread I started that is called something like "Really Weird Problem."

What are you talking about *slaps self on forehead* have you all ever heard of something called spark edit? And with the right injection protocalls you could use a wraith on blood gulch and you can drive a covenant dropship and a wraith in normal single player levels by being in a vehical and switching it to something else.

Is it possible to switch the Wraith with any other vehicle while rebuilding the map?

r yall serious! u can add vehicles to maps by using the rebuild feature in hmt. the model will not work, so it will look like crap, but u can add vehicles. and it is mucho easy to ride wraith, pelican, and dropship. change the seat name. then u can swap something such as scenery with the vehicle, then just go walk up to it and drive. i want someone to fix the model injecting so bad though, i want to add a wraith that looks right.

um... Notice the date of the first post. HMT with map rebuilding wasn't out then, so thats why he didn't know about adding hings to maps.
