3ds max won't except blitzkrieg

I have 3ds max 6 and i'm working on a moon map with craters and stuff. Anyway, when i go to export the map there is no option for making it a jms file format. I think that reason is that when i put the blitzkrieg.dle into the 3ds max plugins folder and open up 3ds max 6 this error comes up:

"DLL <Z:\3dsmax6\plugins\Blitzkrieg.dle> failed to intialize
Error code: 127 - The specified procedure could not be found."

you either did not put the dlls in your windows\system folder or you used the max 5.1 blitzkrieg plugin

actually, i found out it was both

if it's still not workin, put blitzkrieg.dle in ur stdplugins folder
