This is fucking sad. He uses the glow filter on psp and calls it a skin, And it gets in the outstanding mods section. Jesus christ it doesnt even look like tron

All these stupid half assed skins which are just some fucking picture pasted all over the skin or a single photoshop effect get more recognition than the skins that people actually put a lot of time and effort into.

compare the dates, this was made on april? and we're still posting about it on october! so yea, things evolve over time u know, ppl know more (but some still dont like me

It was still easy back then, the time this was made does not alter the difficulty to make this skin...

Get the fuck out of these forums now, this is coming from someone who created one of the shittest plasma rifle skins i have ever seen in my entire halo modding life, it looks like it was created in paint. Well i think you should inform yourself that you cant post in outstanding mods for a start. To get into outstanding mods you have to have a certain amount of downloads and replies to get it moved here, and it obviously had enough to get it moved here. So are you questioning the moderators and users opions? becuase you seem to be the only one with a problem about this specific mod. Dont try and scare me, i doubt you could do anything.
