Can I just insert a structure?

Finish a new model/mesh? Got something you're working on? Finish a new map? Here's the place to post it for feedback and whatnot.

You could remodel a rock, but then you'd also have to change the collision model too or else you would just run into it as if it was just a rock.

Hey idoit.
I'm explaining he real way to make a ramp!(beside using logs or metal panals.)
This is your specail ramp this is my tutorial on making ramps.
1. If you wanna make a ramp out of a rock you gatta get milkshape or another way to export as .objs
2. The you delete verticles.(So it's not hard on the next step)

3. Then you move the verticies to what you want the shape to be.

Extra if you did step2 you might be able to put a little extra!
But remember. Or else you will get an error will injecting.
1. Dont make to many sub-objects

2. Or verticies or indicies.
If you followed this your ramp making dream is done. :D
And for posting this...
I hope no1 calls me a noob.(but i never been called one before :) )

n00b! lol jk thats rite but then wen u try 2 drive off it u will hit the rock's collision model and fall thru ur beautiful ramp. so have fun manually stretching every vertex in hex! mwahaha u even have to use the scientific version of calculator mwahahah

rofl where is the love?

umm... i'm pretty sure you can cut through a plane in most modelling programs, i used to use quark and that had a cut feature, and that was a sucky sucky program.

it's possible, i just don't know how.

I tried to create a box, gave it a texture, mapped UVW, and linked it to the reference frame.

It didn't show up in game. Should it? I left it floating in the air.

try attatching it to the level box. as in what you walk around in. and i mean press the button "attatch" in the edit mesh section.. not attatch it by creating faces...
