Yes most of these programs work with pc version!

If your a PAL user it should be fine... You shouldnt have any problems. The only problem you might have is if you want to convert from PAL to NTSC but even then im pretty sure that they have tools for that type of conversion!

Halo Hacker Tool v2 was never released at HaloMods, it was released at Halo-Scene. Cluis made that program not me. When you download the program and install it. Go into the "Help --> About tab" in there I listed all the credits. Hope you enjoy the program Royale T!

I had a great idea on the next Halo Modification Kit v2...
1. Automatic updates: click on a button to recieve new updates, so that it eliminates downloading 35 programs for updates.
2. Hex calculator (as you know).
3. Some other useful tools but I want you guys to throw out some ideas!
4. Complete offset list: would this help you guys out at all?

I'll wait for some other replies so that I know what direction to go in. But as far as the automatic updates... thats final!

It should contain a skin editor and make it not for just maps, but for skins and any kind of halo mods.

Well i'll have to see about that. If there is a program that does this ill include it. But as far as im concerned Adobe Photoshop shits on everything. So why put something in Halo Modification Kit v1 that will come no where near Adobe Photoshop. Makes no sense! Im not bashing your idea either, so dont get all defensive. OK!

windows has a built in HeX calculator... if thats all you need... it dosent do any kind of "swaping in pairs"

That is the freakest thing that this topic appeared just now. I'm aka XboxSysMods and Hizlo! I created HMK v1, lol. I posted 3 mods just now and I refresh the screen and one of my old topics appear, lol. Anyway yes there is tutorials on how to mod maps. Halo Mods has a lot of great stuff here to choose from. Take a look around in halo mods forum section "tutorials".
