Can someone PLEASE!!! make the perfect Fuel Rod Gun for Xbox Maps

Blood gulch---Sidewinder---Battle creek---Hang'em High

NOTE: By perfect meaning....

1.)perfect Rate of fire(5 shots then 5 second over heat) use the plasma rifle for example!!

2.) PLEASE!!! dont make the weapon model HUGE!!! like all the others!
(make it as small as the rocket launcher!(Because the when you look a the player holding the FRG its BIGGER THE MASTER CHIEF!!!!

3.) Sound...PERFECT SOUND IS A MUST!!!
No repeating sounds or delayed sound no skipping of the sound when firing!(perfect sync!)

4.) Try to use the over heat meter of the plasma rifle to indecate overheat

5.) LAST BUT NOT LEAST!!! Projectile make it as Pc Perfect as possible!!

i woud like to see this mod im trying to get it working for the pal version
but everytime it freeses the game and knowan wants to tel me how thy did it with the ntsc version

now with the turtorial by xorange on how to take content from HEK and put it into xbox. this shouldn't be that hard to accomplish.
