Making hogs fly

This has probably been mentioned before, but I couldn't find anything.

No matter what I try, I cannot get any 'hogs to fly in Blood Gulch (Demo). I have tried offset swapping, and changing hover settings (in HMT3): however, the 'hogs are either stuck in the ground, or the instant you accelerate, they fly about 200ft in the air, chuckin MC to his doom. Am I missing something really obvious, or is there some subtlety?

this has been done for xbox about a month ago, it should be realised for pc in the next hmt

i ve see ppl doing this online with tanks.. it kinda freaked me.. i had no idea why they were flying

I have tried all I can think of, to no avail. Now is the time for some creativity, and detailed research...

Why does it seem impossible to find any info on the demo? Most of the info is for XBox (understandable), and PC Retail (also understandable). There is very little for the demo.

O well, I should be getting the retail version sometime soon. Bring on Crimbo!
