sorry... that was a typo... i meant to say "something that is NOT surrounded by mountains"

it should not be surrounded by mountains... and try to make it a little more original. Add some tunnels... or something good. Make an original map with an original design.

so, inkjet's usin gmax, does anyone kno wat mite be wrong when it says "chimp blew up" when he tries to export?

yea it would be better without mountain (omg best idea ever, make a map thats a gaint dam you have to fight across) and i think there friends making a map together....

i'm not having someone else do it, it was injet's and my idea and i can't model, so he's doing that part.

i'm outta ideas for what will surround it, also, i'm about to export and test, then i'll make some more changes e.g. not mountains sourrounding it etc.

yeah. i just edited that in the making. i am going to make it have a ammo rack on each side of the bases with human and covie weapons. howeveer this won't include the noob guns (rocket launcher frg). those i will put one of in the mountains and one on just the other side of the map. i don't really know what i could do instead of mountsains. i mean should i do a bottomless pit? that would be easy to do but the only problem is that then you are afraid youare going to drive the hog off of the land. i guess it would be kind of cool if i put some tunnels that would go down and have a path along the land holding up the level. hmm. have to take that into consideration. also then you could have banshee sneak attacks. coming up under the level.

YES! i finally figured out how to finish the textures. also yeah. i'm hydros friend. i know him in person and have for like 5 years. he didn't just ask me to model it for me. i kinda made him let me model it cause i have experience with modeling. not been going for long but i can make some decent models.

Nice map, Just one suggestion tho - dont make one team have access to human weps bunker and one team covanent weps. Why? Covenent weps sux0r (except fuel rod). You need to balance out play by making each team able to access the same weapons. ;)

if u took notice to my post above yours i said i was going to put both kinds of weapon racks on both sides of the base. but i think in each base i will either put the frg or the rocket launcher. cause it's really annoying when people go around and around and around your base killing people for like the whole game and you can't get to any strong weapons cause they're in the middle of the map. you just need the rocket or frg to knock over the hog and then your clear.

well, glad ur changin that, i'll get on YM or MSN when i get home. What about flamethrower? Don't post on where that'll be, i might just want to keep that not yet publicized...
so be on YM or MSN... i'll have to talk to ya about that, i've got an idea :twisted:

grrr. i'm having trouble with my material id on my multi sub material staying the way it is. u probably dont get that. hmmm. i will work more on it.
