cant download anything

hello,i have a big problem.no matter what i do,i cannot download any files or view any pictures on this site.it says:
You are not authorised to view, download or link from/to this site.i don't know what to do.i have read other posts on this,i tried disabling all my tool-bars,refreshing,everything!somebody please help me!

Strange. What do you need to download? I can download it and upload it somewhere else until your problem is fixed.

well,idk what i need to download.i just want to be able to if i do.right now I'm trying to download a good master chief skin,but i cant look at the screen shots in the posts,so i cant tell which 1s are good and which ones aren't!

I've tried on multiple accounts, downloads work. Nothing is different about your account, from briefly looking at it. I'm almost certain the issue isn't server-side.

That it is a problem on your side. Either a firewall or the browser you're using or something weird like that.
