It IS the Killtrocity v2, its easy to know because V1 doesn't have the "Vehicles War" map and "Aerial 2".
Its easy to figure what is.

biohazard one and 3 are in V1.... but some of these are only in V2...WTF!

Ok, please don't tear me to peices lol I'm really REALLY new to the whole xbox mods thing. But here I go and ask. I would like to ask one thing. What's the folder i should put these into IF halo 2 is not on the HDD. Or is that not possible. I mean it like, does this\can this act like DLC? (if so, i don't have the bungie DLC so I don't even know the path that the maps are saved to, if anyone would be so kind as to tell or explain it to me)

It can't act as DLC. You need to put Halo 2 on the hard-drive and replace the maps accordingly.
