Rebuilding the level Halo

Whenever i rebuild that level, there's nothing there except whatever i added. like, if i add a wraith to the level, there will only be a wraith in the vehicles folder, and for some reason, there was only wraith mortar, assault rifle, and pistol in 'weapons'

anybody know what im doing wrong?

I got the same prob for the library, and I was told that the reason is that you can rebuild single player levels.
