Lol. When I stayed at my grandparents house over the summer when I was a kid, I got the 5 token things for a box of captin crunch. So they sent me a Pokemon disposable camera. I just stick coins in the box.

I just went through HP's cheapest laptops and the minimum is 2.0 ghz.
Unless he bought a netbook, it is not a new laptop.
