Best chances of seeing him modding is if you started modding crysis but even then its doubtfull, hes usualy going aross the globe for work presentations.

As for the mod im still trying to lay out the themes and ground work before getting into the hardcore aspects of it. Holidays is making it a pain since I got people in my house now 24-7 bugging me to be "festival" and drink pancake batter (eggnog).

Well I have to be honest with you guys and that is I have so much going on right now with the holidays it unreal. I have to go ou of town soon on the 2-5th of January and im trying to prepare for that. I got people coming over constantly just stopping by and such to say "Happy Holidays" and people get talking and reminiscing and such. Ive been trying to build my new rig as well to use the one im currently on as a media PC and have a new more updated gaming rig to use for the next year or so.
So yeah, theres alot going on right now which means I havent really been focused on the mod at the moment. But dont get that confused with I havent been working on it cause I have reskinng vehicles and such. I just dont want to flood the thread with a bunch of pics of which im not certain anything I post it 100% final.
After the holidays things will return to normal and ill be back at my usual pace with all this. Right now im really tweeking this PC to handle alot of things at once so when I go to my new rig I have a foundation of how I want the OS to operate and behave for optimal efficiency and work flow. If I get a chance ill do a vid on what all ive done and so forth and put it on my youtube account but wont be posted here since it doesnt contain to Halo modding in anyway.
So this little short novel is just to get some people back up to speed on where my mentality is at the moment on things and so forth.

I read through some of the emblem discussion thread checking for some theorys but I dunno. If anyone does figure it out please send me a PM with whats up. I thought it might have finally been for skinning/modding but Hamp got one also and he doesn't skin alot so my thought is out the origin of it.

This thread will be continued over at ModHalo until further notice. Now if you give me a minute I will state why. I have read the thread mentioning a lot of the differences going on and honestly it doesn't bother me one bit or effect me in any situation. Im not staff nor do I know or what to know staff affairs but bickering on public forums isn't very professional from any stand point.
The new front page to HaloMods looks great and I hope it does get updated more then the last one had. While the forum is a little busy looking all in all its a nice revamp from the dated board as before. It just needs a little more room to view everything other then everything be crammed in all together. I like the "flash content" app on the front page as well showing that HaloMods is trying to be more "up to date" looking then most places and making the site seem more professional in a sense. Those are my opinions from a fellow web designers point of view.
As for the mod being moved to ModHalo the reason behind the move is that the HaloPC section over there is 90% more active where I can get more feedback and help if needed. The PC section here has been on life support for the last year and honestly I don't see it ever being recognized anymore from staff point of view. There aren't even any HaloPC emblems to try to work for which I know gets a lot of fellow PC modders down some since it further shows lack of support for the section. And no, the goal never was to gain emblems over any mod, the point of no emblems just goes to show the lack i am speaking of.
Yes I have recent bought Halo2Vista as well as GTA4 for PC and im currently involved in those killing some time waiting for inspiration to hit me for some new map ideas. The mod will be done in due time but my mistakes in the past was always trying to rush something to get done rather then doing what was best for the mod itself as a whole. While it's no secret to most that I have been over at ModHalo for some time now helping Phil out some and just being a general part of their community, I must also confess i have grown to love it there as well. I could only compare it to how staff here were good friends and hung out, well, im doing that over there now. I don't want to go back and forth updating both threads cause it becomes a hassle at times but when the mod is complete I will drop a post here with the download for it as well.
I wish HaloMods all the best in the future with everything going on but as I said, my going over there is simply the noticeable lack of support and feedback in the PC section from staff. I've felt this way for awhile now and felt it was time to finally speak on this and why I haven't posted anything recently.
