I just barely saw that I had the media center theme for Windows XP. Everything is so sleek and shiny.. I like.
Also, I'm fixing my old laptop, which will give me 3 computers :0
The only problem is the screen is broken, so it's not exactly portable.. but it'll give me something to keep files on and such.

Data recovery is almost done. I cannot wait to get back to using an external drive again. I need my music and games.... Hopefully that will be done sometime later this afternoon.

Left 4 Dead is awesome.
Fable 2 is awesome... but short. But I've not yet tried online co-op.

You'll be disappointed. There's one camera that's like bird's eye view, and both players have to stay within a certain range of each other... it's like there's a chain/leash around each person's neck.

ScottyGEE wrote:Its probably due to not having many things installed, but Windows 7 (which I found under a tree for some reason) is a lot quicker and a lot less hot than Vista...The beta almost has me considering migration.......But that would take a lot of effort.
It's amazing. I love what I've seen so far; I'm definitely getting it when it's out for sale.

Trees are an excellent source of oxygen and unofficially released software-fruit. Sometimes, software-fruit falls out of the tree prematurely (though in rather good condition), despite the tree's efforts to keep the fruit until it is fully ready. Passers by, such as myself, stumble upon this software-fruit and believe it to be too tastey to not try and get a nibble...

Didn't...You know this?

Trees need water, right?

But too much water can kill them? So a torrent of water would be bad for a tree, and thus bad for the software-fruit.

I'm from Australia, so I got no idea what a torrent of water is...Just dry sand/dirt and the occasional puddle of water :P

Definitions of torrent on the Web:

* downpour: a heavy rain
* a violently fast stream of water (or other liquid); "the houses were swept away in the torrent"
* flood: an overwhelming number or amount; "a flood of requests"; "a torrent of abuse"
wordnet.princeton.edu/perl/webwn

My point is, a torrent of water (or other liquid) would be bad for the makers of the software-fruit, in this case, an innocent tree.

One could say that the torrent of water would cause too much fruit to grow, causing a rapid abundance of passers-by to the software tree.

Thus causing the tree to be cut down and having to grow back after many months.
