Took me 1 hour to activate my new phone.
20-30 minutes of which I spent arguing with the customer support about if my previous phone was active past Dec-9-2006, which I am pretty sure it was active and able to make calls as of 2 days ago when it fell into a puddle.

That really sucks.

None of my modding programs will open. I just checked and I have like 5 different .Net frameworks installed (1.1, 1.2, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5). I'm re-installing 3.5 now.
