The base level bitmap for the ground the the floors above it have way to much of a difference going on. I'd try to make it seem a little more blended.

Wayyy too much repeating. Tone it down, then I think it'll actually look pretty good. I like the contrast.
When I looked at it I got the same vibe I get when playing Headlong. And I love that map, so that's a good thing.

That looks pretty nice, Philly, but there's something about the ammo meter for that FRG that I just don't like ...
Perhaps it's the shape.
