Bitmap Extractor that supports all bitmap formats

has a bitmap extractor/injector been released for Halo 2 xbox, that supports ALL bitmap formats? because I need to skin a bitmap that has a format of X8G8B8 or w/e it is
RaVNzCRoFT removed my signature because it contained too many lines of text. I'll read the rules next time.
