Justice(Or any of Ed Banger, like SebastiAn, DJ Mehdi, etc.) Klaxxons, MGMT, Cansei de Ser Sexy, Aphex Twin, and such. Electronic has a lot of roots, best to spread and search. Last.fm has a pretty big network of them.
