:P Faster then dial up, that i sall that matters really.

Also, just started to watch Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. As wierd as the first two episodes are, I am enjoying it. I think it has partially to do with some of the main characters reactions and inner thoughts are similar to mine on some levels. Only nit pick I have with the show so far is that its sometimes hard to tell if he is actually talking or thinking.

well, fuck, after the past five years its a miracle i still get presents at all that at least correlate to my interests. Besides i only got five presents anyway, and i don't have parties any more, unlike most of the people i know my age (boys and girls).

Grumble, Grumble. Grumblecakes are ready!

edit: nvm,

I dont see what you have to grumble about. I cant even remember the last time ive gotten a birthday present. For as long as i can remember its only been birthday cards with money for me :P.

Also another side note about Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Find it funny how the main character seems to always have the same blank expression on his face, even in the credits when he is dancing.

Edit: Ok, only on episode 4 and the show just jumped from "Ok, this lady is just crazy" to "OMG WTF is going on here."

and what do you do with that money? hmmm i guess you buy stuff...so i guess it really makes no difference cuz either way you are going to get a present for your birthday, whether or not you buy it with money your relatives gave you or if they actually buy it for u i don't see the difference

which leads me to my happiness: im getting a gaming laptop for my 17th birthday

with that said then i guess it's a matter of your relatives' wealth and generosity, but not your age

Age does play some role in it. As you get older you are seen as more mature and able to take care of yourself. An example of this is getting a job. As you get old your need for petty things is lessened so they dont feel the need to get them for you. Same can be said about Christmas.

that's true, but Age doesn't have as much of a role in whether or not you get presents for your birthday, although it does regulate how much money your relatives are willing spend on your birthday, and THAT, like i said before, depends on the wealth and generosity of your relatives

Yeah I hated when mine got stolen...

Especially since it was my personal email.

Thank god the idiot didnt know how to change a .net passport password for an account that isn't hotmail so it just resulted in getting my gmail email locked, but I just recovered it back and changed the password so I had my MSN and XBL back.
