BSP Remover

Does anyone know how to use the BSP Remover because I can't get it to work. I opened note pad, typed my map name on the first line and the output map on the second, I then save it as mapnames.ini, I run bsp remover, it says bsp was successfully removed, then I go to try it, but the bsp is still there. Am I doing something wrong?

Come on! I know someone knows how to use the BSP Remover Utility.
