Actually I quite enjoyed Christopher Walken as a villain.

I liked old Timmy as Bond, but he was too dark to be a Bond... he scared me.

I wouldn't call that a riddle, more a quiz...
but technically jaws did turn good in moonraker and saved bond at the last second.. so thats my guess

actually it is Joe Don Baker

he played Jack Wade CIA in Goldeneye James's contact in Russia and was also the main villain in The Living Daylights-Brad Whitaker
