I have been skinning my one player maps and have encountered an issue with injecting new bitmaps for the Poa. (just the exterior skin)
Can anyone offer any suggestions or reasons why I would be having this problem.
I have changed the Halo, space, sky and just about everything else but when I skin the Poa I just get the green static corruption.

Save your textures in the original format. The outside of PoA is DXT4/5. Also, give more information on your problem, or I'll assume that you have no brain.

I've attempted using the Photoshop plugin and saving dtx 4/5 and using the DTXbmp program for editing with the same results.
I'm not sure where my problem lies. I am not editing the alpha so that's not it.
Even simple level and hue saturation adjustments are yielding a corrupted skin.
Also without editing the file size or doing anything other than said adjustments it is giving me a larger file size.
