Ok Im a well known and old gamer but the thing is my brother wants skins for Halo and we havent worked out how to add the skins to halo I need some help. Call me a Noob or what ever I just need some help.

omg - go to the utilities section of files.halomods.com - get HMT 3.5

to run that u need Microsoft's .net framework, u can dl that at microsoft.com

If you are so well known, why haven't we heard of you before, hmm? Anyway, HMT=Halo Map Tools. Get it in the files section under utilities.
