Ugh. My Xbox is as loud as a microwave, or a quiet vacuum. >_>

It's annoying.

Some dick pulled a fire alarm in my complex, at 3 30 at night. It was so loud right under the main light that I almost dropped on the floor.

But it wasn't all bad.

I got to see a Asian family thinking it was a real fire so they were running down the stairs screaming "OH Goodness FIRE FIRE! EVERYONE RUN! You WILL BE BURNT."

And everyone was just staring at... it was a very delicious moment.

Just sitting here at my desk, and something starts tickling my leg.. So I shake my pants and this ugly ass spider falls out. Bah.
Edit: Nice, there's another bug I've never even seen running around my basement, too. It looks like a huge ant mixed with a millipede.
They're after me.
Needless to say I would like it dead before I wake up to it laying eggs in my face.

Rofl. I believe that ant+millipede mix is called a Potato bug, although I am not certain if that's the one you are trying to describe.

And in response to kirk's post, sure I might not be a gunsmith till the age of 21, but If I owned a handgun I would be able to practice on it before working on other people's firearms. Also, most Americans have horrible English, at least where I live anyway. My English is far more better than theirs yet they have high paying jobs. So I don't understand why I have to completely *master* English. The last thing I want to be is anything involving high grammar skills.

I, for one, welcome our Millipede Spider hybrid overlords.

But seriously, spiders and millipedes freak the hell out of me. If I see one on me, I start flailing around, stripping off all my clothes. I just pray that noone else is in my house while I am doing said naked dance.

Oh, how I do love a good naked dance. :P

Nah. I'd be happy to direct it to you if you'd like, though.

I was playing the acoustic guitar for awhile, awhile ago, but I eventually got bored of it, one because one of my strings broke  and two because I didn't see much progression or improvement.
I was told, by my parents(surprise!) that I should learn the acoustic guitar first. Though I now feel they solely said that because we actually had an acoustic with us.
I have been told by a peer source that learning acoustic first isn't necessary.
I also read online that for people that get discouraged if immediate result/progression is not noticable and they get discouraged(me, all the way), that this person should buy the electric guitar, being easier to play.

Anyway, I want an electric guitar 'n I don't have one

Doesn't matter which guitar you start with. It all depends on what you want to play. If you're going for rock and metal, electric is probably for you. Except you kinda already figured this out. Sucks, hope you get a new one or something.

So my mom's car's gotten screwed way too much.
She had this vibration throughout the car at all times. We got it checked at a local mechanic, he said it was engine mounts. Replaced. Problem continued.
A month ago, we went to an actual Ford dealer. They said engine mounts. Replaced. Problem continues.
Today we went to the same dealership, and now finally, surprise, they said it's an internal engine problem, but nothing that'll cause damage to it. It'll just be annoying.
Really? Couldn't they have said that the first time around, instead of assuming an engine mount problem, considering we said we already had them replaced once before we even went there...? They won't refund the first visit, but they did this inspection free of charge.
Plus, it turns out that the temperature system (sender, sensor, and thermostat all together) are borked and need to be replaced. Cool.
lol, Ford Focus. My Escort's more reliable and it's twice as old...I've never had anything go seriously wrong with it. :/

Also on this rant, Ford ads that say that they're equal in quality to Toyota now!!! (!!!!!) Shouldn't they be trying to be BETTER? For all this horn trumpeting about being FANTASTIC CARS, OH YEAH, they do sure seem to not be that good...and considering last quarter's losses, evidently people are taking notice.
I just really hope that the new Focus and Fiesta won't be trashed to look with Ford US's design language, which looks too showy in comparison to Ford Europe's. CHROME IS OVERRATED. WE NEED LESS OF IT.

I'm really bored, I don't know what I want todo. I want to play around with some DirectX in C++ but I don't know where to start.

I need someone to talk to to keep me occupied.

You know, the engine mounts could have contribited to the problem.
