PMI, biped swap, and seat change bug on Keyes

i PMIed a Marine into Keyes, swapped the biped of the cyborg with the marine, and changed the b-driver seat to GT-gunner so that a marine can use the banshee.
now whenever i get in the banshee it doesn't skip to the cutscene, it just leaves me chillin in the banshee, anyone recognize something im doing above that would cause this?
i have my own theories but i don't want to confuse anyone

Don't swap the biped. Swap the model and the collision model.

so is that in HHT?
go under biped and swap dependencies? or go under mod2 and coll and swap metas?

One hint.
Never ever ever EVER ever ever ever EVER meta swap. They can mess up your map. Change dependencies with HHT, they are much cleaner, and you don't ruin your tags.

QFT. Well maybe without the HHT part, but d-swapping >> meta swapping.

Yes, choose the biped tag. Then on the right there are it's dependencies. Just swap its model and collision model. And like stated above, it's animations.
