ok, i put the plugins in the HMT style plugins folder (eschaton) but when i run, the plugins aren't there

how do you get the 64-plugins to work? cuzzi cant seem to find out how they work >.< i think someone toldme they allowed you to make an AI drive something like a wharthog...well...if this is true can someone tell me how? and.....what does the 64-plugn pack do and how do i mke it work?
