I like the first one more because i actually made the veins in the background, and i dont mind some suggestions for improvement.

i also suggest you check out a trailer for prototype... or something...

It's nice, but could do with some action blurring coming towards the screen, to give it more movement.

i like number 2, and iv'e been waiting for prototype for a long time now game looks sweet.
