ok i was looking at some stuff and it got me wondering.. if it is possible to change the fx of powerups.. so when you get invisibility you glow like plasma and you are a juggernaut for 46 sec or something cool like that.. plz note im lazy and didnt check the forums for this i just have never heard of a mod like this so i was a little curious.

ok.... it was just a fucking question all i wanted was a yes or a no or a how to do it... but i thought if we could make our own levels make programms to do all this great stuff but we cant change the effects of a fucking power up i know someone can i know i cant and i know hunter fucking cant you the fucking noob you ass you have never done anything...ever all you do is spam and flame people and you should go to hell and you should be banned
