A Few Issues...

I have a laptop with windows vista, and the following modding tools don't work for me:

HMT 3.5
HHT 5

if anyone could tell me why that would be nice. also, does anyone have a working link to PPF-O-Matic and the sparkify patches for bloodgulch and B30?

Why do people always say "i have vista, but so and so doesnt work for me" and dont even give an error?

"Oh yeah the anti HMT dll is in your system 32 folder, need to delete that"

Please give us an error and we may be able to assist you as to why it isnt working.

When i open hmt it starts fine, but when i try to open bloodgulch in hmt it says map not found, and even if i manually sparkify it, hht says the same thing.

Make sure the map is not opened by any other applications when you try to load it. And make sure you are accessing the right directory.

i've been modding a lot longer than you think, im pretty sure i know that by now, thank you very much for insulting my intelligence. i have done that already. halo is not open and the directory is exacly where it should be. its halo map tools and halo hacking tools not opening anything.

hm, well pardon me for "insulting your intelligence", considering you gave me nothing else to work with. Not to mention I've seen people open maps in other apps and then try to open them in another. And honestly thats the only reason I could THINK of that it would do that >.>

and since its "hmt and HHT not opening anything", reinstall? try putting your maps in another directory? *shrugs* mebe someone else knows
