I was thinking about that recently.

Right now I have a program written that injects raw to a map, and a script for max that parses an animation to halo 2 animation raw.

I could make a script to parse model raw, shouldn't be too hard.

Not really, those where just the ghost and warthog turret animations with limb placement added.
