That's after a second or two; the initial flash is blinding and fills the whole screen. The sky effect afterward is cool too.

Switch the rocket explosion effect with the PoA explosion(rebuild the map with the actual effect, not just the particle system), and switch the 'impact dirt', 'impact metal', 'impact etc' with the PoA explosion shockwave. Swap the PoA shockwave damage with the rocket explosion, and edit the damage radius, damage amount, whatever.
