I cant, it's a DXT1 texture, which means it only can have a 1bit alpha layer, meaning it's either on or off, see through or solid. If it was a DXT3 I could have it be gray and semi-transparent, but that would mean I'd have to do a rebuild and re-assign the bitmap for the weapon, and that would make it more difficult to release.

Most sniper remodels do that these days-primarily Halo 3 remodels-and honestly, it looks retarded.
The model looks alright.
The 'halo 3 imitation animation' sucks, not only that, but I don't think you noticed the fact that this isn't a Halo 3 imitation, the title clearly says Halo 2 Sniper.
