[mod]Sidewinder revamped *updated*

Halo PC uploads. All posts must have pictures and a mod to download. Use PPF always, unless the map is rebuilt.

how come everytime I PMI i always get expection :?:

ive tryed PMIing Grunt AI's Into Beavercreek but i always get expection why?

i know zoom has an issue, but atleast it might encourage people to use more skill by aiming without the scope :P

yes and no.
your not guilty spark but you can use vehicles where you can fly as a monitor.

You rang? Lol. I dont see the big huff. do what ever you want to the lightmaps...photoshop or use tool. Although i am using tool for some of my lightmaps...i edit them in photoshop still.

go play around in eschaton or sparkedit, then do the first thing that comes to mind to get practice.

Ares already has several years worth of experience; I know him from another site. Right now he's looking for some inspiration from you guys to deliver something worthwhile.

I suggest doing something I was trying to do during the FTW mod but left alone due to fustration.

Make it so you can add Bumpmaps 'Normalmaps" to items such as warthogs and weapons.

I have heard of it being done in CE but never seen it first hand cause frankly im not a CE player but a way to do it via PC using PC tools would be a nice addition. You can contact Conure since me and him were working on it somewhat and he may have some new info/tools to make it possible now.

So yeah, theres some new ground to break if you feel froggy?

Shader_models can't have bumpmaps. Making it a shader_environment makes it look like crap.

Only if you screw up.
@pepsi il have a look around the tools and see what i can do i may even make a few custom bumpmaps for the BSP as well make it look nice and crisp.

There should be no reason to use CE for bumpmappped weapons or vehicles. There are already existing shaders that have all the stuff they need.
