Oh, I forgot about Bullet Witch. I've only done the first two levels, but my friend said he was fighting a helicopter for like two and a half hours.CabooseJr wrote:You guys never faced the boss from Bullet Witch before. He is so *** hard, it takes an hour and a half to beat him and if you die, you have to start all over.
Jack of Blades? Piece of cakeAumaan Anubis wrote: Jack of Blades
He kills his own guys, all you have to do is run around with a bow (constantly running in a circle around JoB) and shoot him from time to time, and covering behind those rock things when he fires that really annoying thing. Most of the time you can avoid his other attacks if you're moving.

Kirk... I was joking, which is why I juxtaposed him next to Tartarus.
They're both extremely easy. Now the sister, she's a tough little cookie.
Anyway, an actual serious one, Riku(teh evil one) from Kingdom Hearts, when he's possessed by Ansem. He's is hella hard, even on Easy.

that youtube video is just ridiculous. it's more unbalanced than hard imo, but wtf, i'd never bother with something enough to get that good.
i don't find too much trouble iwth bosses now, although the games i play don't really have any. i do remember my frustration with andross and bowser, though on the N64. really gratifying once you win.
actually, i am having some trouble with a boss. the very last battle in advance wars 2: black hole rising is a bitch. still don't know how to beat it.

ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>

If that game is anything like Touhou/other manic shooters (which it appears to be), then your hitbox is deceptively small, making it much easier to weave in and out of the bullet patterns.[cc]z@nd! wrote:that youtube video is just ridiculous. it's more unbalanced than hard imo, but wtf, i'd never bother with something enough to get that good.
