BTW, it's 4 in the morning and it was bugging me so bad I had to find them now. Supermodder knows. :P

Whoa, totally different look, practically. Not sure if I totally like the look, but it does seem to run pretty nice.

EDIT: There might have been a new look for awhile, I'm coming from almost the latest version of Firefox 2 here.

UI... Is kinda weird.
Runs smoother then the previous beta's.
And my plugins are not compatible. :(

You can force plugin compatibility. Download the XPI, open it with WinRAR, change the install.rdf to have 3.0b5 as the max version.

Apparently they're going for more OS specific GUI's.

Like this one, looks fine, but mine Just seems obstructive for lighter websites like HaloMods.

EDIT: Animated PNGs were something i've been looking forward to for some time now. Excellent.

Tural, I noticed you deleted your post on the awkward suggestions. Did you ever find a solution? It's really starting to annoy me and hasn't helped at all. I'd like to know if it's possible to disable it.

Smoother, faster, bunch of technical improvements. The way it processes pages and their included scripts, stylesheets, and so on is superior. The only change I do not approve of is the address bar Rich Results, which can not be disabled. :x

The closest I found is this, which makes it look like the older suggestion list, but still searches the page title and stuff, not just the URL.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6227

They removed support for disabling the feature (browser.urlbar.richResult = false) for some stupid reason.

Said Stupid Reason: The Auto-Complete stoped working once it was disabled then re-enabled...

Still... they should have found a better fix then limiting the user to having to use that annoying shit...

Hmmm...I tried Firefox 3 Alpha 1, and there were some pretty cool things in it even back then. I'll have to try these betas.

Alright thanks Tural, that is acceptable. At least it doesn't act like a huge pop-up slamming into my face every time I try to type in a website.

Still waiting for someone to update their theme to work with 3b5 that doesn't suck with the mac version of FF, unless I can find out how to change the colors of the window. That's all I want, a color change to make it more whiteish, not the Safari-like metal look they did, but sort of failed at.

I just stopped a bunch of applications from running on start up. Start up is now much faster.
