I was wondering if someone could make a video extracter, like the Halo 3 Screenshot Tool, so with this you can have your halo 3 videos to.

You would have no way of watching the film.

Films and Film Clips for Halo 3 in Theatre aren't actually movie/video files. They're just data about the whole game (where players moved, where they shot, what happened, etc etc.) Extracting them would involve some how simulating the game on your computer, so you could convert what it recreated into a video. Veegie said something to that effect was possible, but a lot of work, iirc.

its not possible to view the saved films anywhere but on Halo 3,
they are not accually a video file (.wmv/.mov) they are being rendered realtime as you watch your game

this is the closest thing they upload your videos/clips straight from your file share for you :)

If you want films for some reason (Which you can't watch or edit at all), just grab them with Xplorer360 or something and extract them with wxPirs.
