Oh no, sorry, it was just in general. It's only when certain people say it that it pisses me off. Didn't bother me at all when you used it.GametagAeonFlux wrote:It's a little more polite than saying "grow up" or "grow a pair", which I wanted to say...what else do you want me to say? My advice is that he takes charge of the situation like a man should instead of taking her crap and turning off his phone, avoiding her, etc.Dissolution241 wrote:Nothing against you GTAF, but I *** hate when people say "Man up". It would be fine but *** retards overuse it so godamn much. If I tell someone that I'm pissed off about something the little **** would say, "Man up, dawg, man up." Okay Denzel. *** you.

Fuck that, send the bitch to the kitchen and tell her to make you a sandwich. If she says no, well then you get the baby powder and you back hand her.kibito87 wrote:There's also this thing called being stubborn and annoying as ***. I've told her straight, there's no room for her in my life. Repeatedly, she doesn't get the point. This is a redundant argument...

*sigh* I guess my mother doesn't really want to sign my papers to join the Marine Corps. Figures I only have about a month left so I might as well just wait...(due to the fact that if I died she'd feel horrible that she signed the paper. It's not going to make any difference though; i'm still going) There's a job thats pretty much mine if I want it, but it will probably be gone by the time my birthday comes around. Really the only difference is that I'd have to wait a few more months before being shipped to basic. It's just I'd have nothing to do between HS graduation (May 15th) and October.
I mean I'm not going to argue with her about it, it really isn't a huge deal, and it's not like she's telling me she's going to disown me if I join when I turn 18, it's just I want to know I'm in and have a set job, as signing up at the end of April on my birthday will basically have me in the open and if a job comes up I could take it, but once again it probably wouldn't be until October instead of, say, the end of july/early august.

Same. I haven't been able to sleep for the past week or so because of soar throat/coughing. I'll be sleeping and start coughing until I feel like I'm going to throw up my lungs (literally what it feels like); I almost passed out yesterday from coughing so bad.
Meh, I have things to keep me occupied though :3

I had the worst night of sleep last night. I went to bed at 1am (early, by my standards), woke up at 2:30am with a sore throat and felt really dehydrated. So I drank the water I keep by my bed, went back to sleep. 5:30am I wake up again and literally could not breath out of my nose because of how congested it was, and I was in a cold sweat. I spent the next three and a half hours taking nasal decongestants and blowing my nose trying to clear it out. Needless to say, shit sucked.
And now I have to get on a flight to Omaha...ever been on a plane with a sore throat and congestion? It's the worst feeling ever. And tomorrow I have to wake up early to go do an interview/campus tour/etc...man, fuck being sick...only happens once or twice a year for me, but always at the worst damn time possible.

I am suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

For anybody still wondering where FTD has gone, here it is.
