Help with sounds!

Post by Eaton »

Hi. I have lately been trying to fix the Gravity Throne's sound so it sound exactly like it does in Campaign. The thing is... how can I import it's sound tags? I know it is possible because I looked at the map "Consumed" and it had all of the original Hunter Particle Cannon tags in it and it sounded exactly like it. So, how can I make my lockout import the Gravity Throne sounds?

Inject your gravity throne into lockout. Then for each sound, extract them, then inject each one of them into your map...Make sure you rename the sounds that got corrupted when first transfering the throne. Just put a 1 or something after them. Once each sound is injected, you can relink them to where they need to be referenced to the gravity throne. If you need further help let us know.

Well, I have tried building the Gravity Throne's sound tags individually into my Lockout, but they never show up... It's like it didn't even inject.

Try internalizing and extracting the sounds with Halo2ST, and then re-injecting them over some unused, internalized sounds in the map.
Retired. Thank you neodos, DemonicSandwich, DarkShallFall, Dragonfire, foxfanatic2317, GOWO and everyone in the hall of fame.
If you want to know how I did something, take apart my mods.

The sounds are too long to be posted over any other ones so that will not work, but I'll try Internalizing it and ten transferring it.
