Do you need a cord connected to your xbobx or hardrive to cp

Hello i have asked this quesion alot but i would really like to know if i need some sort of cord from my xbobx to ym computer...

I have my gamertag linked to the computer is anything else needed or what? thanks

What NotZachary said, but to answer your question, you need a standard Xbox Live Ethernet Cable.
