9 Columns. 7 of which have 3. 2 have 2. do the math.

In simple pre-algebraic styled form: 7X3+2X2

21+4=25

He was saying that "25 words?" counted as two words, making 27. This is, sadly, false, for "25" isn't a word, it's a number. That makes your post 26 words. Therefore, your post is over the limit by one word, lolz.

But none of that matters, because the suggestion as 25 words.

Whilst this hasn't worked like I initially thought it would in my head, still some decent suggestions.

While you can keep them coming (in case someone tops the current winning ideas), I would enjoy some Chest permutation ideas.
