Mods posted over a year ago generally were made by users who aren't active anymore. Post this question in it's own topic in Modding Discussion.

Adding fog probably wouldn't count as copying; it's pretty simple. As long as fog isn't the focus of the mod you should be set. (That would be one boring mod.)

I think fog has something to do with the sky tag. Try fooling around with it.
