Halo 3 Mod

lol, So I'm making a Halo 3 Mod, and I want it to look really good.
So I need a Team to Halp.
Here is what I need:

Modeller
Skinner
Hex Editer
A Good PMI'er

I found a lot of files already on the internets. I think I found the PM7 AR (edited it a bit, will give credit.)
A H3 Pistol Animation and model/skin (found it randomly a long time ago.)
A MC skin ( where did I find that....)

if also someone has HEK, I need their help too, as I need backpacking tags lol. My Computer says CE is not installed, so no HEK for me to put CE tags into...

dont double post. just uninstall hce and install agina or dlete the ce folder and install. then install hek.
