.bitmap???

I wanted to make the tires for the warthog the same as halo 2, but when i found a H2 tire bitmap, it was in a form of .bitmap. How do I view this? Can someone send me the program nessicary?

Hate to double post, but I just found I need guerila. When I try to download HEK from halomaps.com, all it EVER does is brings up a page that says ''cannot display webpage''. Can someone link me to another page to dl HEK?

EDIT: I got HEK, but it cannot read the bitmap now! How can I?

First off, use the edit button.
Second, ask the Halo CE users in the CE section.
