Make MC walk faster?

Post by JPWheless »

I'm trying to make Master Chief more realistic, according to the Halo books. Like, he should run faster, jump higher, and hit harder.
I've gotten the melee attacks to have more force and everything, but I can't find a place in HMT to make him walk faster. Is there one?

edit: sorry its under [matg] Game Globals. Make sure you have Phenom's 64 plugin pack, and look for player information, select 0, and change the walking speed

Okay, but I can't seem to find a link. I found his original thread from 2006, but the links don't work anymore. There are other plugin packs but I don't know which to get.

Linky plz?

BTW, do I just stick the xml files in the plugin folder?

Try Google next time. Google knows all. :P
And yeah, putting them in plugins should work (correct if wrong).

Just for reference, jump velocity is under the biped tag at the bottom. Don't make it much higher than 0.15. :P
For anybody still wondering where FTD has gone, here it is.

No... you just let it die like the rest of the threads here.

P.S. why did you just spam like 14 threads? (Not so much spam as in posting in rapid succession and some were completely pointless)
