Looking for a old tool

Ok way back in the day, there was a tool you could use to flatten a map,
can someone post it?

Did it break collision of map?

I cant remember the name of it.
If someone knows how to flatten map without making holes in it please help.

i have those. I cant remember the name, but it flattened the bsp, and i dont think it made holes.

I think I know which one your talking about. It was able to completely remove the bsp as well, correct? I'll look around for it but I don't think I will find much luck.
