Valentine's Day!

Yeah, but you can give them chocolate any other day. I just think it's lame to give chocolate for Valentines day :p And with the roses, I disagree fully. Roses make girls very happy. From my experience anyways.

Trust me if your girl loves chocolate, then every day is a good day for chocolate, V-day just gives them the excuse to consume large quantities of the good stuff.

Lamest thing to give are roses. =P

If you were to give them to them any time other than Vday then your are getting points no matter what.

But on v-day it's expected. So they lose there value.

What lasts longer though? Chocolates or roses? My gf saved one I gave to her and it's been holding on for quite a while. It's dead, but it still looks like a rose. I'd rather put the money I'd spend on chocolates to something else that means more :p

I've discovered I'd hate Valentine's Day a lot less than I thought I did. I completely forgot about all the chocolate I could buy. Totally going to Bulk Barn/Giant Tiger tomorrow and buying huge bags of Hershey's stuff on sale today/tomorrow. =D

I'm kind of in a WTF mood right now. I couldn't really muster the balls to ask out that girl today, but in math we sit at the same table and so I was going to, but lunch came and I wimped out and couldn't do it. So when we came back for the 10 minutes of SSR, I decided I'd ask her then. And in the beginning of math, she hinted at wanting me to ask her out by saying "well john, it's valentine's day and I still don't have a valentine." And me, wimping out for right then and not realizing that would be one of the only good oppurtunities to ask her, just kind of sat there and went "oh, that sucks."

So then we go to lunch and come back to SSR, and a few minutes into it I'm still trying to dig up some willpower and ask her when she goes "I still don't have a valentine and school's almost over." and by now I can tell I'm just being a wimp and so I finally ask "then do you want to go out with me?" but it's kind of noisy because of everyone else talking around us. And I could've sworn she said "mm-hm" and for the rest of the day I thought I finally had a girlfriend. But I now I can see she probably didn't hear me and just nodded for no reason I guess, because now that I'm done my homework I go on myspace and she posted this bulletin:

AHH! WTF! False hope FTL! Crap. Hmm, well, I'm going to message her and ask her online, and hopefully she'll accept after my missing out on two of her painfully obvious opportunities to ask her out. I guess I'll just tell her I tried to ask her in SSR but it was too loud, so she'll know I at least tried. Most of the time, I don't notice that I have somethin' in my inbox for awhile, maybe she just missed it.

Well for me, it's sorta lookin' up. Not long ago, she said we needed to hang out sometime. Then, she recently posted a comment on myspace about one of my new pictures, that I added like, a week ago. Which is weird cuz she usually never comments on anything...

It sorta sucks though, because we never hang out, and now that we are going to, I want to ask her out. However, she's in a relationship at the moment(well, it says that on her Facebook)...

So I'm stuck.
