All In One program

I can't find the All In One program for the modding. Do you know where i can find the program and download it. Or if there is any better programs that i can download.

If you're looking for a program that can mod maps, I'd suggest Entity v 1.3.9

ya i use the modding start bar just want to figure how to have it start up when windows does.

Ah, I figured this one out when I was fucking with a computer at my high school.

Go into your Start Menu and show all programs.
There is a folder named Startup. Drop a shortcut to any executable into this folder.
In this case, create a shortcut of the startbar app and drop that shortcut into that Startup folder.
