help with making the ai more aggressive

Ive tried to follow a tut but each time it gets to the check-off box(list) part that tells you what to check stuff like Berzerk, Stealth, ETC....... I cant find the cehck-off box.........someone help me plz

I just got it a min ago im guessing thats what is used to make them more aggressive?
